The Rack Concept,
above 10 000 m3/day

Aquasource offers a new range of products for OEM system integrators, designed for rapid, safe and optimum integration of ultrafiltration membrane technology. This includes a ‘Rack Concept’, developed specially for large-capacity ultrafiltration plants.

With the Rack Concept, Aquasource partners benefit from an optimized solution.

A compact solution
To reduce plant civil engineering costs, Aquasource has developed the Rack Concept that minimizes required footprint while providing high treatment capacity. The Aquasource Rack Concept has an internal m² of filtering surface to m² of floor space ratio amongst the highest on the market.

A competitive solution
The Rack Concept is designed with standard components that are commercially available, allowing procurement and assembly close to the ultrafiltration plant and limiting transport and equipment costs. With the Rack Concept, the CAPEX is optimized and local manufacturing standard requirements can be easily complied.

An easy to use and safe solution
Resulting from around three decades of dialogue with ultrafiltration plant operators, the Rack Concept guarantees ease of access to modules and makes maintenance and service procedures safe.

A standardized and multi-purpose solution
The Rack Concept is designed for all known ultrafiltration applications. Because it uses a configuration in which the modules are arranged vertically, turbidity peaks do not introduce hydraulic limitations. This multi-purpose concept allows integrators to build an experience along time as it suits every project licences.

With Rack Concept, our partners avoid the need for long and costly engineering studies and obtain a system that integrates easily and quickly into the plant designs they propose.

Our offer to OEMs also includes training in the use of design tools, the creation of examples of plant configuration and operation, and patented process licences.
